Adhesive Joint Qualification
Designed a trade study and torque-test campaign to evaluate removal methods for a bonded fastener assembly. Presented the recommendation to an Engineering Board, which approved follow-on work and adopted a process change that cut both cost and touch labor per unit.

Worked with the materials and lab engineers to design and iterate a 3D-printed Creo mold that produced pre-cured adhesive inserts, moving cure off the critical path. The change cut cure time by 50% and eliminated a recurring rework loop in the bonding process.
